An approved basis
Use the builder-approved specification and current project documents. Keep any alternate or substitution visible for approval.
Purchasing sets the program. Each house carries the plan, approved options and current information needed to carry it out.
Review division specifications, community location, requested scope, plan mix and expected release pattern. Agree who approves selections and changes, and who coordinates the field.
Review current plans, elevations and opening schedules. Separate base scope, approved options and unresolved questions; identify the quantities and configurations affected by each change.
Connect the community reference, house identifier, plan revision, elevation and selected options. Review the PO or release instructions, included work and requested timing before confirming the package.
Confirm material availability, preparation and receiving conditions. Agree the delivery stages and, where included, installation sequence with the responsible field contact.
Identify the affected opening or item, document the requested correction and confirm responsibility and next action. A revised selection, additional work or return visit needs its own agreed scope and timing.
Use the builder-approved specification and current project documents. Keep any alternate or substitution visible for approval.
State materials, preparation, delivery, installation and exclusions clearly. Identify work that remains with the builder or another trade.
Carry the house, item and revision through changes and corrections so a community-wide update does not silently alter an individual release.
