Production planning

Build a clear community package

Keep the division, community, plan mix, approved options and house releases connected.

01

Start with the plan mix

Identify the plans, expected scope and option differences. A repeated product does not mean every house has the same handing, frame, preparation or hardware function.

02

Make the option basis visible

Separate standard selections from approved changes. Tie the affected opening or material to the plan and house so a finish choice is not lost at release.

03

Define a release unit

A package is useful when the field can receive it. Agree on house identification, delivery contact, access and readiness rather than treating the purchase order as the delivery schedule.

04

Keep the commercial basis exact

Confirm the product identity, included components and selling unit. Account pricing applies through the verified agreement; new configurations require a defined quote basis.

Apply it to the project

Send the plans and scope notes.
